My Rights When in Housing
As a tenant you have rights – rights to a clean space, a healthy space, and privacy. You have the right to report problems with your living space to the Housing Enforcement Department of the City of Omaha. Please call (402) 444-5371 ext. 2070 or e-mail EnforceOmaha@cityofomaha.org to report a problem.
If or when housing enforcement responds, your responsibility is to let code enforcement in to document the problems.
