The Omaha Refugee Task Force (ORTF) is a collaborative effort of refugee community leaders, resettlement agencies, city officials, and other service providers working together to advocate for and support Omaha’s incredible refugee communities.
We meet the first Wednesday of every even-numbered month (six times per year) from 9:00am-10:30am. Meetings are hybrid, and participants are welcome to join either in person or via Zoom).
ORTF has working subcommittees focused on Health, Mental Health, Housing, Education, Employment, and Transportation. Each committee meets at various times throughout the year. Please visit the individual committee pages for more information.
